Oh... duh  Thanks guys! I checked the manual and confirmed it as well, it just seemed odd to me for some reason... which is even funnier because I keep a Small Stone on my guitar board...

SV1 88: Phaser 2 "Intensity" Problem

Hey all, Been loving my SV1, but just discovered a little issue that I'm not sure how I should address... While playing my SV1 just now and messing around with some FX, I switched over to Phaser 2 on the Modulation bank and found that my Intensity Dial would only switch between the "0" setting and ...

I just picked up a 2011 88 key, great shape other than having this exact issue as well. Sort of comforting to know that others are experiencing it on a certain level, but obviously I'd like to fix it too if there's an easy fix out there.

Any other updates lately as 2013 comes to a close?

Well, I ended up finding a used 88-key locally, with a gig bag, and went for it. So far so good! The only issue I have is that mine has the XLR output imbalance thing happening, where one channel (left I think?) is slightly quieter than the other. I knew this going in though and it's really only an ...

Yep, very familiar with that. But it seems better than depending on/sharing crappy club PA monitors with the guitars and drums! I agree, they'll be tinged a but, but it's my best solution so far... At least a SF Twin is a pretty neutral, clean amp... We shall see! Going to look at the Wurly 200a ...

Hey Kurt, thanks for the response! Yeah, it's gonna suck setting up a bunch of stuff. The newest project Im getting involved with is an Americana/Rock n Roll group, and I might even play a little pedal steel for them too, so imagine all that! I'm probably going to cheat a little and run the steel/6 ...

Right on Rodney, thanks again. I'm pretty much sold. Somewhere I read someone saying, and I agree, that at the end of the day I think the SV1 is in many ways already a classic for its vibe and EPs! The other issues aside,,that's what I'm banking on, so now I just gotta find one at the right price!

Right on everyone! Apologies for my impatience, I suppose I was just more worried than anything. All things considered and given what I need to accomplish with a board live, I still think the SV-1 has the most vibe coupled with the best package of sounds for what I will be doing of any board I've ...

Jeeze almost 50 views and no one to offer words of support? I didn't know it was that rough out there!

Anyone? I'm still tempted to take my chances because I think this is a unique and very rad instrument, but a little extra convincing or advice wouldn't hurt...

Talk me into an SV-1... Can I trust it?

Hey all, Coming to you in hopes that you can talk me into the SV-1. I need to pick up a single board for stage use for an upcoming tour, and I'd also like it to be something I will enjoy playing in my home studio and etc. To be honest, I'm a guitarist but have been developing keys as a secondary ...
