I hate to be a pest but how would I go about that? If it's possible/feasible, that is. you need an audio interface to convert analog signals, like the outputs of your keyboard, to digital ones, such that they can be recorded by your computer. something like an mbox: http://www.avid.com/US/products ...

I love the KK for what it is- a very versatile 24 voice synth/EP combo with a fairly complete fx section. It makes nice basses, nice pads, nice leads and can cover a really valuable collection of vintage keyboard instruments. You'd be surprised how few options out there really cover this territory ...

Re: Suggestions For Future KingKorg Updates
I just hope there is an update! I kinda get the feeling they might see KK as a bit of a stepchild. This is interesting to me. I haven't owned any other Korg products worth upgrading for long enough to need to upgrade them. Do they have a bad history with support updates? I'm used to DSi and KMI ...

I don't know if the KingKorg is like other Korg synths but there, you actually use CC#04 for specific foot pedal control. That should be available as AMS source. CC#11 "expression" is a hard coded midi spec control change that usually controls volume. im gonna try this out later...thanks for the ...

also each timbre can be assigned to a midi channel individually. interesting...have you successfully gotten the lower or upper split to play a single midi channel independently out from the board? my experience is that they always send the full range of the board on the "global" "local control on ...

Suggestions For Future KingKorg Updates
Hi all, I am very much new here. Glad to meet you all! I am very surprised that Korg doesn't run their own forum, but, being that that is the case, I was hoping to get some feedback from the community on any features that are lacking from the KingKorg, ideally ones that could be fixed in a future ...

i personally use the EXP-2- im just a bit worried that it won't survive a lot of abuse as i hit the exp pedal alot with my patches... i have the roland ev-5, but it does not seem to work with the KK at all. only seems to get about half the available range in the "calibrate" mode. maybe i am using it ...

Re: Talkboxing With the KingKorg???
Has anyone ever Talkboxed w/the Kingkorg yet? It's suppose to be the upgrade to the MS2000/Microkorg(that many ppl talkbox on), I just haven't seen a video yet. Does anyone know if this Synth will give the same effect/quality Talkboxing as the others(MS2000/Microkorg) did? Thanks as far as i know ...

you can definitely play reggae on the KK. most reggae tracks themselves use extremely cheap keyboard sounds, especially 80s onward... the bubble type sound you are looking for is probably the "tape echo" fx on the board. it is a pretty decent algorithm in my opinion. my only complaint would be that ...
