This is a really good news for any users that get the newest colored models, it will allow them to downgrade and try the sampler version on their machines. If you try to update the firmware, just before the upgrade, it tell you the current firmware version

probably the newest models (blue and red), came with 2.0 software that "seems" to not allow to swap the firmwares...

I used that UDG one from some months ago, fits perfectly and I'm felling very secure about using this case for my electribe. I would recommending to everyone.

I've got one a week ago. It's perfect for electribe2 and seems more secure to me carry this on the backpack without padding all around. Before i was using a 15" laptop bag and electribe wrapped in bubbles. Yes, you need to store ac adapter and other wires outside (I'm using another udg case for that ...

I use bubble wrap and put it inside a macbook pro padded sleeve with pocket for: charger, batteries, breakout midi cables, mini usb cable and 3.5mm jack wire for audio in.
