Hi, please allow me to chime in. First, it's really good to share experience here. (Info's not shared are 'useless') :D Second - I found some interesting test options with screens I've never seen before :  Perhaps useful to know ---- M3 Test mode: How to enter the test mode ...

Yes indeed, not what I hoped for, but there is no way with the current OS to do so. You're right. -_- I watched the well done video tutorials (5x on YT) for the Krome. Aside from some new things/options you can do with that WS, the root of the functions are the same and apply to the M3 too. I'm ...

Route or trigger a 'pad' to a key ?

Hello, :D I repost my question to the M3 forum:  The idea to trigger or to play what's "in" a PAD with the (left) keys on the keyboard is something I would like to do, but no luck to find info about that. I'm wondering if there is a way to do this "assignment" with the M3? :?: Thanks [quote ...

Thank you anyway, Sparker. :D My need is to play the left 3 or 4 keys (triggering pads) close to the 'joystick' to use it.. Perhaps one of the Korg guru's would comment ? Regards  404bekawe: I've never had the pleasure of playing around with an M3 so I don't know what it does with it's ...

Hi Sparker, just found/read this interesting post. I'm a happy owner of a Korg M3. 8) The idea to trigger or to play what's "in" a PAD with a (lower) key on the keyboard is something I would like to do, but yet no luck to find info about this. I'm wondering if there is a way to do this "assignment ...

Hi Michel :) well ........... something is still not working for me. I want to "cut" 10 PROGs from UG-000 to paste them from slot UG-110 onwards. But it did not work. If I paste them to a lower location e.g. UG-020, it works. Why? :? (The .PCG I'm trying with is the one called: ""Native Instruments ...

:)

Hi Michel, if the first step for a multilingual PCG Tool is to have the program itself in more languages, I can take the spanish part if no other user is already with it. The whole manual (+100 pages) needs "time+time+time". BTW..... manual: I tried to relocate a PCG COMBI with its PROGs ...

Re: Hello ;)

Hi Michel, hope you're doing well :) yes, I'd the idea in mind that a cut-drag-and-drop option would move in a correct manner the PROGs too. Well, I imagine that is heavy stuff to program :P Just a thought........ ♫ As I'm a little bit pluckier now using the PCG Tools I will make some experiments m ...

Hello ;)

Hello Michel, thank you for sending the PCG Tool! Finally I can see where is what in my M3 :) I'll try it out now for a while. Nice is the rename and 'tabulate my files' option. Due to the fact the factory setting is unsorted and messy, I'm wondering if an option that drag and drop PROGs and COMBIs ...

Hi, thanks for writing. I'd to reset the M3 two times with the correct key combination. Then - OS reloaded. Now it works again. 8) Also found how to set the M3 to USB mode, to observe the content on the pc :) you may try to do a hard reset to fabric configuration (something like press 2+enter while ...

Korg M3 freezes during start up

Hi Forum members, today I switched on my keyboard and it freezes while loading the first block of instruments (pianos etc). On the screen top, on the left side an orange bar appeared reading: "" ARM CPU DATA ABORTED "". A cold whack goes my spine down :( !! I turned the mains off, and after a few ...
