For the money I think the Zoom MS-70 CDR multi-stomp is a great pedal. They updated the firmware a while back so it now has over 80 effects. I haven’t used it with my MS-20 yet but like what it can do on my MicroKorg. https://www.zoom.co.jp/products/multistomp/zoom-ms-70cdr-multistomp-chorus-delay-r ...

Have you opened up the Audio Midi Setup App on your Mac to see if the device is connected and transmitting?

Thank you for the explanation, AEJOTZ! You explained it perfectly. I should have known what was happening but when you mentioned the matrix light flashing it made total sense!

Now that the mystery is solve I can get back to making noise!

Thanks again!

Sounds like a system glitch to me. A reset might be in order. I've always been able to set my OSC1 and OSC2 independently with no problem. Question: Are you using the knobs and matrix to set the OSC's or are you using the editor/librarian? I've never had glitches in the MK itself but occasionally I ...

It seems as though you can set two different waveforms only if one is set to dig. I've gone thru a lot of the presets and osc 1 and osc 2 are always the same waveform. I'm probably missing something here or maybe it's not possible.

Hi Bridge, I initialized a patch on my Microkorg (original) [shift-3-3] and then started plugging in the parameters for the A.31 Patch listening after each new parameter was inputed. When I got to Mod FX and put in the phaser I started hearing what I believe you want to get rid of. That swelling ...

MicroKORG Single layer 2 oscillators ?

Hello out there. So I'm working thru my new Microkorg and was wondering if while using a single layer program if I can use two different waveforms. When I select Osc 1 and choose a waveform and then go to Osc 2 to choose a different waveform, when I go back to Osc 1 the waveform has changed to what ...

Thank You, bradkorg. I see what you are saying. I think I will try it again except save while I'm in SEQ Mode as a SEQ file and then reimport as a SNG file. This seems to work for everyone in the previous posts I've read. Thanks again! You want to hear the Sound/instrument which you have editing ...

I have yet to be able to save and re-load my sng file after following the directions. I must be missing some small step. So, I formatted my SD card in the MS. I edit a program adding some effects, tweaking this and that. I then do a save to song, pcg, etc. I am saving while in program mode since I'm ...

Connecting a Mini to a korg Microstation

Does anybody know if this can be done. I would love to be able to use the sequencer and especially the effects on the Microstation with the Mini. USB seems the only choice but I am not sure if it will do what I want it to.

Thanks Michel, not sure if my amp is stereo, probably not but it has two inputs with separate volume controls so I'm going to give it a try. It depends if your amp is stereo and output to (at least) two channels (left/right). When using one output (I think the left one), most Korg workstations ...

Thank's Volivovej. I will pick an extra cable!
Volivovej volej wrote:It will. By using both outputs, you'll get the standard stereo sound that you can hear from your headphones.
