i ve got some issue win 7 recognised the cable but the software does not recognize my efects

Hi Everybody just wanted to be in thiis forum because im still have some issue to work on my Korg ax3000g effect since i bought that on 2008, , I m now in the stage of compose music in studio , I really want to use the maximun that the AX3000G have in !
