Speaking from a developer's point of view... (and I sincerely hope that I don't come across as condescending) iMS-20 and iPolysix were released well before Gadget. I mean, I think that having the iElectribe as a gadget would be amazing, but... I also know how much money and work is involved to ...

Very impressive! I've never played with one of those, but I think I would enjoy it! Keep up the good work.

Haha on a side note... You mentioned that Becoming the Archetype would be my "stand out" track. What's funny to me is that is that 57 people found it to be worth downloading, but none of those bastards could hit the damn "like" button! :P That's the kind of thing that makes me think that I'm doing ...

voip, I really appreciate your feedback. And I agree on all points made about making a song evolve! I'm just somewhat technologically challenged and have no idea how to tag things with a genre to make them more accessible by search queries. Not to mention, I haven't been making electronic music for ...

Help me #tag my music on soundcloud? Please and thank you.

I would really like to put a little more effort into promoting my music, but I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to different genres of electronic music. So... Maybe listen to the first couple of songs on my soundcloud and let me know what the hell to tag it as? I don't quite feel as if "#electronic ...

Hate that for you. It's a great app for me, and easily my go-to for pianos and EP's. If you know anyone with the the full version, get them to load it up and see if it makes a difference.

I use the nanologue as well, but can't seem to find a discernible volume difference? I'm beginning to think that this must be a problem with the LE version?

Does it make a difference when you aren't using your PA3X (not sure why it would, but it's worth asking).

What other apps have you tried? I don't have Module LE, but I do have the full version and I can't differentiate between Module and the volume of my other apps.

According to Korg's website, there is a new version of Gadget for the iPad, along with Gadget LE for the iPhone coming in March. Not sure what to expect from either app, but my biggest concern is that Korg will ask me to pay another $40 for the iPhone version :/

USB MIDI OUT>Apple Camera Connection Kit is your answer. But that's only if you want to use the MIDI capabilities of the mk. If you want to record the audio from your mk into your iPad, I would check out the Apogee Jam, although I'm sure there are better options for a line-level input.

With iKaossilator, it's as simple as creating variations of your loops/song. If you want to create a longer loop than what te iK will allow in the basic UI, you still have the ability to use the Live Record function to compile these loops in the desired order. I hope that helps some. I have ...

Ableton Learning Curve

So with iOS Korg apps like Gadget and iKaossilator getting Ableton support, I'm somewhat inclined to try it out. Right now, I make songs in Reason 5 or Gadget then bring in a lossles file into either Logic or GarageBand to add vocals or guitars. Seems like Ableton could replace Reason, Logic, And GB ...

Well, I must admit... I've had my eye on the Taktile 49 for a while now. But... I won't be able to afford one for a while now so I'll be sticking with the microkorg for the foreseeable future. I've also had some interest in the Akai MPK Mini. It's possible that I will pick one up in the future. My ...

I know it probably isn't the most popular answer, but... I use the original microkorg as a midi controller for my iPad apps. I guess I've grown accustomed to the keys and basic controls. Even though it's very limited in terms of mapping, I try not to get too distracted by having too many adjustable ...
