If you are specifically looking for that familiar FM electric piano, KK is correct there are several nice ones to choose from in the Kronos. Agreed the default settings for Kronos pianos are expressive, with colors and tones, though more appreciated on their own, or softer music. However as a friendly reminder, EQ and compression are your best friends for turning those smooth, dark, classical timbres into razor-cutting rock stage pianos.

The file _UserBank.KSC may simply contain references to the .KSC file with the actual samples. Therefore, make sure they are both stored together on the Kronos.

The original Kronos 73 had these kind of issues. There was OS update that corrected some of these issues, so make sure the latest update installed.

There is a factory program G121: Gtr.Fret Noise , but it's not exactly like the song sample. The trumpet doit may have the better articulation.
