This has been argued over and over. Only the construction may be the poor man's version. KRONOS is built a lot easier to carry, weights --10-- KG LESS!! And a few other upgrades.. Solid State drive, USB functions, cooling system etc.. For me, the weight of the instrument and of course the price ...

Best if it was like in the Roland Fantom-X, which I used to have, that you could write Ur arp patterns urself! They give u a few hundreds of patterns there like in a descent Korg, but they let u draw up phrases of ur own up to 32 steps, and polyphonic of course. In my Karma I don't think I even want ...

This page appears empty to me right now so I guess that they're working on it or something.. Anyways, here should appear a table with all products and their adapters models. http://korg.com/Adapters If u have the same voltage as in UK, which I assume would be between 220-250 volt, then u only need a ...

The Karma as said here before is a Triton with the KARMA arp tech. Triton Extreme has no EXB-PCM expansion function which you might miss. I use on my Korg KARMA the EXB-PCM 06+07, both the Orchestral sound expasions. I play symphonic Metal so it works perfect for me. The M3 is a different generation ...

What other functions can this Lemur control and provide or improve? It isn't a cheap app to get just for these pads... And could it be used with my other synths as well? Such as Karma..? Also I don't have the camera connection kit thingy, but I do have Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer II, which works with MIDI ...

iPad for keyboardists?

After getting my iPad, as a keyboardist, I first checked how it can aid me musically. I've found some nice synths, also in Garage Band, and WI Orchestra, and some others.. Then I realized that the iPad's keyboard isn't very playable.. So I've searched and found - http://line6.com/midimobilizer/mmii ...

pffff

V-Synth is amazing yeah, but its a completely different style of synth.. I wouldn't compare it to Kronos at all. And software synths are the last thing I would EVER compare to a real workstation synth such as Kronos/Fantom/Triton/Motif etc.. Still very far from getting close to these toys! Just my ...

if u use only the L output, with 1 cable, then any sound u play will be MONO.
As if for a MONO sum of both channels of course, not just the left side.

Sweat's Kronos

Even if u got it as a used instrument and can't prove your purchase, and u do have a problem with the keyboard, I think u should still get the service with the slight difference of not having a warranty documentation which means you'll probably have to pay for the promised fix. But all such problems ...

Well I don't have my Kronos yet so I can't give u an exact solution, but I did add controllers to cubase before and it's not automatic like in other daws. U have to go to devices, add new device and u have on the upper left side of that screen a "+" button. Try this way. Or check in cubase manual ...

Well for us gothic metalists the vocoding is essential! I use a Roland Vp-770, and Roland VP-7 module for traveling. Now I've found on YouTube this talented couple who demonstrate how To use the vocoder in the Kronos for a Choir sound. Just that with their special talent, the quality of the vocoding ...
