hi there,

i have been buying, selling and rebuying the great korg zero8 over the years several times. last time was about 1,5 years ago and it was running fine under mac os yosemite.
now, does it still run under mac os sierra?
or
on windows 10?

same here. after i had the zero 8 in case for some time the touchpad is dead. it eventually comes back on the x-axis after some time on desk and with lots of luck on the y-axis too after a couple of weeks of sitting on desk. but 90%of the time its not usable....

hi fellow zero8 victims,

on powering up i get purple lights for a short moment when the unit runs the knob animation sequence.
anybody found a hack or key combination to have it running with purple lights at all times?
i guess its just both leds together blue+orange...

i use the zero 8 with ableton live and get constant crashes and 'audio driver corrupted' messages since upgrading to lion 10.7.3.
when powered up it is often not recognized by ableton and i have to restart both , the mixer and the computer a couple of times to get a connection....

yeah, you are right no more korg products for me. i had korg on my list of cheesy companies for years , but when i saw the features of the zero 8 i gave it a chance. i still like it a lot , even without the touchpad. i am just afraid to bring it out to a gig because it might blow to bits any time ...

i have a first gen model, that has had numerous problems. not only do i have the hiss that everyone mentions, now i believe my dac has blown out and the audio quality sounds like an 64 bit mp3. the headphone out, which i barely use, have also blown out. for a mixer that is less than 4 years old ...

:twisted: i got the same trouble over here. i didn't even use the f*ck*r since i bought it 1 1/2 years ago. just tested it and it was working well back then. no hiss , all good. last week i pealed my zero8 out of his case and configured it for recording some analog drums and drones and there it was ...
