Not trying to sound condescending here but I strongly recommend reading the manual.

I had this problem with an actual Korg pedal. Changing the pot to a linear taper with a partially shorted track was the only solution.

Korg and its fanboys will deny it's a problem.

I also use 250 ohm 'phones and have never needed to turn up beyond half, usually much lower.

I'm interested in hearing the reasons why someone might choose to stop using one particular mass-produced consumer product in favour of another. Then again I take no pride in purchasing said products either. Glad to hear you're satisfied with the arranger.

This can be achieved by modulating the Output Level of each Osc's Filters. Set Osc1 Filter Output Level to Max and set its AMS to -99 and assign it to +Y, then Osc2 Filter Output to 0 and +99 in the AMS with +Y. I can't remember the page layout offhand and I barely use HD-1 but it's at the very ...

This pedal sucks balls, fullstop. Moving the pedal from fully open to closed only turns the potentiometer about 2 thirds of it's range, meaning that a Linear tapered pot will flat out not work. So instead a Logarithmic pot is used that squashes most of the resistance into the beginning of the sweep ...

The issue is the taper of the potentiometer inside the pedal. I fixed this on my pedal by replacing it with a linear pot modified with conductive ink. The sweep was unusable before the mod imo. I'd look into some kind of optical-based pedal, don't keep up with gear so I can't recommend anything in ...
