I also found the factory default reset key combination on serval sites, including this: http://epd.berklee.edu/index.php/Facilities/Facilities-|-Overview/equipment-resets.html It should reset by holding [A4] and [Edit] and turn it on. But mine is still frozen ...

This is an old unit i have had for some years, I bought it used, but that is a while ago..

What exactly do you mean by "Key combination"?

Yes, 3 of the diodes flashes while the other 3, combi, prog and global/multi, just lights up and stays on.. I den't remember, does they usually do that?
