My K88 does none of those choices. In fact, until I read on this forum that there was a problem, I never even knew there was a fan! Its silent, at startup, and always. The poll is biased since there's zero choice(s) for normal fan behavior. The "something else" poll choice implies "other problem ...

Korg support email me today and said its sounds like a hardware problem-and I should return it where purchased. Im sending it back and hopefully wont have to wait to long for a replacement. Can you see anything on the screen if you shine a very bright light on it? Im half-tempted to open it up and look I wouldn't do that if I were you...
