Your image should be 65 x 65 to start with and then just make sure that it isn't resized when you upload it to an image hosting site.

Vote apparently will be filtered and all votes by someone not In compliance with the rules will be disqualified and if a project actively tries to default the rules can be disqualified, so I will not ask anyone to go outside the rules.
