Here is my 2 cents on this
On the subject of having a instrument that will increase its value. Back in 1980 I had a chance to grab a Mellotron 400D, while I had paid $700.00 for it at that time, I had caught the downward spiral for this instrument. I still have the Mellotron, sitting in its muff and have not used it in the ...

Just a reply
Sparker, thanks for the reply. With the Nanopad2 ,yes they do auto configure. however you can assign whatever you want to the pads, be it cords or combi's. I just turn the chord enable function on the kronos, play the chord or note, then hit the pad I want to assign it to. I am trying to figure that ...

NanoPad2 with Kronos Question
Just a newbe question. For those using the Nanopad2 . The self mapping was great to have. My question is once you have mapped any chords/combi to the pad is there a way to store it so I can call it up at another time and have the right chords and sound mapped already. I can't figure out if or where ...

Ripping A slice of audio
Hi, Need some help and a starting point. I have a band that is doing a Peter Gabriel song (San Jacinto), I would like to rip the beginning 4 or 5 sec of the open record, and use it on stage. Is this to difficult to sample and trigger on the oasys? If not where can I find info on process?

Kronos thoughts
I have had a chance to play with both a 88 key Oasys and a 73 key Kronos. While there are some features in the Kronos that is good ( setlist and smooth transitions). It seems that the Kronos is the poor mans version of the Oasys. Any thoughts?

Korg Oasys Manual
Hi all,
Does anyone know where I can get a hard copy of the Oasys Bible ( user guide). I have the PDF file, just would like that paper version. Don't want to print 700+ pages.

I held my breath and jumped in
I could not take it anymore. I went and got a Oasys. It is used but it is in great shape. So I had to sell some things to pay for it. My Korg Radias, several other samplers/synths. I think the Oasys is worth it. Fell in Love with this since I first heard it in 2008. Anybody out there want to bye a ...
