Please forgive me if this has been covered, but I've been away for a while. I notice some of the sound sets offered on the Korg website seem to include PCM samples especially the Kid Nepro Sets and the KAPro sounds. How can the Krome load PCM waves?? Is this something new or was this functionality ...

Well I called Korg and they said (and I paraphrase) " There are several things in the synth that could fail and make it do what yours did". He wants me to bring it to my local Korg service center. UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course I used it last night and it worked flawlessly. I'm not sure what to do ...

Easier: Just load the downloaded programs onto a memory card and play from the card; then copy the programs you like singly from the memory card to your F bank. jp

I use my Krome with a wedding band and I'm doing several gigs a week right now. Last night, and Saturday I was using a Buzzy synth patch on a dance music medley and it started going horribly out of tune. I had to physically look at my fingers and my chart to make sure I was playing the right notes ...

I've had the cover off already just to see if there was perhaps a slip-in battery socket installed and there was not. I did replace the floppy with one from a PC (cobbed it in is a better way of putting it cause it didn't fit exactly, but I got it in and made it work). I'm bringing it in to Parkway ...

I just replaced the Floppy on my Trinity Plus with one out of an old PC. Can I do that with my Triton Classic??? Anyone out there done that??? Beuller?? I see ones advertised on eBay for both Triton and Trinity, so I think it should work. Again, anyone replaced their factory floppy drive with a PC ...

I got the dreaded Low Battery warning message. I was just wondering if there was a way for us Non-Teckies to replace the battery without pulling the PC board. I'm guessing not. But I figured I would ask. Thanx!! JP

I got a huge box from G/C with over 50 floppy disks for the Trinity. But they don't work. Everything I put in the synth comes up as unformatted, and then nothing will format. This is a common sign of the floppy drive being shot, (I believe), from reading this forum. I've tried to dump the OEM sounds ...
