Thanks a lot MonoPolyMan. I am connected usb, but have also tried with the adapter. Don't know what you mean by "cycling the power" but I did manage to change the scene with the librarian. Which was a good step. Turns out "HALion" that it was locked on was probably a scene for the Halion synth. But ...

Any suggestions...Anybody? Is there a way to do "reset all" without hitting "message" and pad 1, since my pads aren't working. Do you think the unit's just busted and I should give up. Or am i an idiot and missing something. Call me an idiot, I don't care, i'd really just like to figure this out ...

Microkontrol Frozen!
My controller is frozen. The main display is stuck on "HALion" and none of the pads work. Cannot initiate "panic" or anything else. The sliders register changes but not the knobs, tempo led, or value dial. When I use it in my Acid Pro the notes will play but only about 8 or so keys in the middle of ...
