The PCI card doesn't run under any modern operating system. I believe that the development stopped somewhere around Windows NT, so unless you've got a dinosaur of an ancient computer lying around, it wouldn't make sense to buy one, unless of course you like to collect obsolete PCI cards...

I'm pretty sure that it is a CR2032 calendar battery... They're readily available, so it shouldn't be hard to find a replacement, and the installation is pretty simple as well. Good luck...
