hi, srry for the late response. I got on my xpro also 1 button that is a bit loose, but it is still working very good. I just let it, because it works still. What's the problem?maybe no use to change,just have a fix it will be ok.

maybe the volume register's problem.

mostly is the fuse problem.
the fuse is on the middle of the mainboard,green color.

maybe the fuse on the main board is broken.
conect the two sides of the fuse with a wire it will be ok.
try it.

you could buy the buttons on the electical market,very cheap.

open the power,only the backlight is shine,and no words on the LCD.
and can't reboot any verson of system.
anyone can help me?
