Thank you for all the replies.
Solution found when I found an old .pcg/.ksc filse that I'd backed up a couple of years back. Still not sure what happened or why ... all's well that ends well ... gives me time to ponder/prevaricate on upgrading to 3.4 while I await Korg's support reply. :)

Thanks for the reply Stephen. I do have the original model of the Kronos (and my original KARMA downloads) ... so I'm assuming that the original .pcg KARMA files will work fine ... though I have to admit to some confusion as I was under the impression that the OS 3.x when loaded into the older ...

Thanks for the quick replies ... Ksynth: I thought of doing that, however I couldn't find information about how to update the firmware in either the Operation Manual or the Parameter Guide. Can you give me a pointer of where to look please? :) ... (or how to check what version of firmware I'm ...

Help Request - Upgrade to V3.04 and Karma Soundsets

I have a Kronos 61 (original model) running 2.1.0 Today, after a six month break, I've turned it on and my Kronos appears to have lost all of the drum-kit kick and snare samples and my volume levels are all out of kilter in the programs and combis. (I've tried the factory.ksc 'Do auto-load now ...

You could try 01908 857170 (Dean Hudson @ Korg support)

I haven't used it for a couple of years, so not sure if it's still 'active'

Michel: I just got hold of an ESX again (I sold my old a couple of years back) and I'm re-familiarising myself with it and see there is a new editor available since I last looked. With the latest Open Electribe editor I can swap programs and samples between separate .esx files (using the import ...

Electribe ESX Chain Play with Pattern Set

I'm trying to get the Chain Play function in Pattern Set to do what it says in the manual (page 72/73) but I can't figure out how to get a Chain set up and running. I can organise the patterns I want into a Pattern set bank next to each other, but when I hold down 'Pattern Set' and the two step ...

Michel: I'd go for PCG Tools for the MS2000. The only other editor I know of is PatchBuddy which does the job but is somewhat dated.

Michel: The Korg Radias Editor does pretty much all those functions. I use the editor for all my programming on the Radias as I find it quicker and easier to use than the synth for program management and Combi building ... The editor will work as a stand alone program and can be downloaded from Korg ...

I've looked for that "all IFX used" box and can't seem to locate it. Where, exactly, do you find it?
It is one of the tick-box options that comes up when you click on the 'Copy from Program' option in the main drop-down menu (top right).
