Sorry about the delay in getting back to you, three kids, a job and a band to deal with. I'm using a Kingston sd card. here's a link to the company: http://www.kingston.com/flash/securedigital.asp Yes it is a flash card. DISCLAIMER! I am using a Korg TR not a Triton. I assume they have the same ...

With respect to the vocal sample(s). My TR will accept wave files. I'm not sure what the le is capable of, but I can access up to eight different samples at any one time. I use an sd card to store and transfer the wave files from my computer to my TR. With the SD card in the keyboard, I simply press ...

This is way off topic ... but ... my drummer is 50 ( as am I ... almost) and has a hard rock background. It took him about a month to get used to the click. After a year he is so used to it, he's doing vocals, fills ... . Every musician should know how to play with a metronome. It's just a part of ...

Not a bad thought. Drummers are generally deaf anyway. Let me ponder that one. Thanks. By the way, do you know how to tell a drummer's snare is level? Drool drips down all sides evenly :)

I've performed all the standard tests and the buzz is exclusive to #1 out. I have a strong background in electronics (worked for Hammond Organs in Toronto) so I believe I covered all the bases. I've even taken it apart to see if it might be a cold solder joint, but no luck there. The intricate ...

Output #1 buzzing

I use the outputs of my TR in three ways. My left mono goes to my keyboard amp, my #1 out goes to my bass amp (I switch between playing key bass and bass guitar) and my #2 out goes to my drummer for the click track. I'm having a problem with my #1 out. It has an intermittent buzz, very much like a ...

Wow! you use samples for that tune? What a feat! My band does the same tune and I've plugged the whole thing in to my TR. I simply play bass (guitar) and the click goes to the drummer through my #2 out. All the strings, extra guitar sounds ... come through my TR. Sounds great ... but it was a lot of ...

Ok, I lied :) I just tested out the suggestion posed by Shaka40. Cool! It works on both input channels you can use Combi, Prog and SEQ modes while allowing audio to stream through the keyboard into whatever output you designate. The control for the signal path is in Global / Audioln. I just tested ...

I do most of my work in Sonar. Being a keys/bass in a 4 piece cover band, we sequence a lot of the music for the keys, horns, strings ... . I import the actual song (audio) into Sonar. hook up my TR using the usb cable and off I go. I've got With Or Without You by U2 down to a tee.

If you still have your manual, I'd double check to ensure you can run audio in and out of your TR "AS WELL AS have the use of the TR's other functions. I have only used the audio in/out in sampling mode which disables the rest of the board.

Are you running a laptop? If so, try unplugging it from the wall and just running on battery power. Another thing I've heard about is a filter that connects from your audio out to whatever destination. I haven't got around to getting one yet as I have a similar problem. Apparently they are sold at ...
