Is there a good way to get a drawbar (Hammond) keyboard sound out of a N1?

Soldering gun - like you find at Menards or Home Depot - is a definite no-go. Try a 30 or 40 watt iron with a fine tip. Copper Solder braid works great to wick away melted solder and leave you a clean set of terminals to solder to.

Use a fine (0.032) 60/40 rosin core solder.

I saw that link previously - I couldn't believe there was not one readily available on a 20 year old keyboard.

I was hoping there was someone who had the service manual that could pass it along.

I traded some equipment for a N1 - seems in great condition. The build quality is phenomenal - Made In Japan. How good is the build quality of these keyboards?
