PSU seems to be dying again after repair
Hi, sorry to crash the subject again after it went to Korg official repairshop and back working for some months, the Kronos X is failing again (needs to power on twice to start). I read the threads and the adapter seems a bit too much for me to do, I have a heavy hand. Can't I just use a standard ...

How long can Kronos be used, after the first battery low message? With a PC, it is unlimited, only that it loses data from the BIOS, which includes the year, month and day. Other settings are lost and set to default values. Does this adversely affect the functionality of Kronos (besides the time ...

Re: PSU assembly details
I took it to the shop in the middle of the week. Since I'm in SA it might be really expensive, like prohibitive expensive, and I'll let you know about solution 2. I don't know much about electronics repair or soldering but I do work with computers No soldering required, just basic knowledge of ...

Re: PSU assembly details
Hi, could you give more details on how you connected a Seasonic PSU to the Kronos? How did you make the adapter? I ordered various parts from DigiKey and the like. There are two methods to connect a Seasonic PSU (or any other brand for that matter): 1) Create an adapter - this option leaves your ...

PSU assembly details
Hi, could you give more details on how you connected a Seasonic PSU to the Kronos? How did you make the adapter? Thank you very much, average male! I am from Buenos Aires, Argentina and my Kronos runs on 220V. I'll try to get the ENO-1612-K. Just in case, what Seasonic PSU model would you recommend ...

sounds like a PSU
sounds like a computer PSU when the computer has some faulty component at startup. like a spaceship sound of some sort, then immediately goes off. I dont use a UPS yet and wonder if that would make a difference. problem is once it's disconnected from the UPS it's back to not working and the gimmick ...

Kronos X Power up issues (almost gone)
Korg Kronos X having some boot issues. All started with the replace battery low voltage sign. I didn't switch for about 2 months and first it started having some power on issues. I'd need to turn it on, light appeared fast on XY joystick then went out. Then after some seconds power on again and ...

Korg Kronos X Stuck / Sticky Key what to do?
Got a used Kronos X, it was here for a month and when I pressed the last key to the right I realized it doesn't come back up after I press it.
I don't use it that much, but is there an easy way to fix it?
tks in advance
