In my Korg TR Rack from 1998 (!) there are some awesome ones ("Adventure Bells" for instance). They still kick ... after almost 20 years, these TR complex and motion pads! Completely agree. That's why i still keep my triton. Newer korg series can't produce those lovely atmospheric and moving sounds ...

I solved this issue ages ago, by still using triton based synths/arrangers.

They still sound great in any amp/speaker i have tried with minimum (if any) eq intervention.

Playing my friend's pa4x 61 yesterday, i noticed that the black keys need way more pressure to activate the aftertouch than the white keys. Is this a general issue or only his unit?

(my triton classic doesn't have this issue, even after ~16 years...)

Recommend me an arranger

I use the Pa50 for almost 11 years and i created many sounds and performances from scratch. I also converted my favorite Triton sounds to the Pa50 successfully and i'm really happy with the overall sound (and also my fellow musicians). Very clean and crisp sounding machine, same filters and rom with ...

Maybe they try to eliminate GM/GS in near future
They already drop samples/multisamples from older products and that's really a shame (see here)

Which versions of LINUX are you referring to as "generally":- GNU/Linux is one. Distros are many. I'm not talking about distros, i'm talking about the GNU/Linux OS (GNU tools on top of the linux kernel). Now, about distros, if a serious bug found (caused by upstream, or packaging or anything) it's ...

Linux is generally very stable and suitable for embedded devices. How korg managed to create such an unstable linux based software?

Those problems can probably be solved with easy patch fixes, why korg delays so much to release an update?

Another "untold feature": 1) more than 3 different muslisamples were resampled using the same source samples and all combinations were leading to the same "phasey" sonic issue , that a user had complained about a month ago ... finally he was right !!! :P I think korg should fix all the problems ...
