Thanks for the reply. I avoid doing anything with the Kross until I can clear the Auto-Power Off message. Last night I tried waiting until that message timed out and cleared by itself and the menu came up. The audio was present. Perhaps my Kross just needs to warm up a bit :) I'll keep trying this ...
