I am having the same problem with my 2 yr old Krome. Volume just cuts out in the middle of playing. So far only in sequence mode. L or R outputs it occurs with. Tried different cords, not using damper, volume or switch pedals and no luck. Believe it's an internal problem. Tried TRS cables, 1/4"-1/4 ...

My Krome is also just under 2 yrs old and in sequencer mode it will suddenly cut out to near no volume. L or R jack, tried different cords, TRS, 1/4", XLR configurations. Has to be internal, but I was hoping to see some info or a solution. Looks like I'm bringin it in for service

In combi if you can turn up the drive of a single channel in the tone adjustment tab which is essentially turning up the volume of that sound.

The MicroSD Card swap worked! A huuuuuge thank you for all of you who posted instructions on how to do it. I used a SanDisk 16 gig, class 10 card. I used the image on my original card, copied it, and wrote it to the new card using HDD raw copy tool. $10, problem solved!
