I have, but nothing happens when i touch the screen. Even if the touch screen works, it only does on certain parts. Like, i would press the category tab, and the drop down menu would come out. It's strange.voip wrote:Have you tried Touch Panel Calibration. It's in the Global menu page P0.

Touch panel is unresponsive...sigh...
So, my touch panel stopped working. My screen works just fine and i can play, but i can't edit at all. 2 months ago, i powered up my krome to start an afternoon of programming for an upcomming show. Little would i know, my touch screen wouldn't work. I've been editing in the Krome Editor since, but ...

I can do this rise effects for you and will explain how I did it . Oh man, if it isn't Dan Stesco himself, you're the man! I'd love this, share your knowledge with me. By the way, i'd love it if i could only use my krome for this. I've been sampling risers from vsts into my krome to achieve this ...

Can you solder? The FIX is a resistor replacement see thread: http://www.korgforums.com/forum/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=761716#761716 Thanks for the tip, but it was a firmware issue. Every part of the screen "worked", it just wouldn't respond like it should. But i got it to work for like ten seconds ...

EDIT: BREAKING NEWS! After looking around i found this "solution", where a lot of people recommended holding the Exit+Page buttons while booting up, and at first it did nothing. Then i tried again after a few hours, and Shazam! suddenly the screen was responsive...for about 5 seconds, then back to ...

HELP! Display acting up, can't navigate or calibrate screen!
So, my touchscreen was acting up today upon powering up my Krome. Nothing seemed to work and if i touched the Category section, something else would react (the top left section to be precise). So it sort of worked, but only that. Then, out of nowhere after pressing a few things, it was normal again ...

Bizarre Joystick problem - Pitch goes up at random
So a few days ago i started having this problem; any sound that's allowed to bend it's pitch through the joystick, slowly starts bending upwards by itself. It's completely random, and if i move the joystick a little bit, it goes back down. It's weird because normally, the pich wouldn't go up until ...

Programming a Riser Synth
I'm not used to programming synths from scratch, and for this job i'm being tasked with creating a riser sound effect. The thing is i'm baffled with all the parameters and can't quite figure out how to pull this off. It's not an EDM or Trance riser i'm needing, it's actually from a Digimon song ...

Re: BEAT IT sounds
Anyone have any patch suggestions for covering Michael Jackson's Beat It? Not the gong, I've sorted that but the EP and strings/choir? I haven't tried this but i'd do this: Prepare a Combi with 5 programs. Split the first 3 from C1-A#4 and the other 2 from B4 all the way up. Those would be your EP ...

Trying to recreate a RADIAS lead on a KROME
So i've been trying to recreate this lead in particular and thought i might get some help in this forum as i've found very helpful tips from users here in the past. This is it: https://youtu.be/HXUKR8PHtDA?t=1m13s In a notation i have, is listed as a RADIAS lead and given Jordan lists it as part of ...

Need help - NanoPad2 won't power up
So a friend had this lyinig around in his house and said that i could keep it if i could fix it. So what happens is that i can't get it to power up; according to the manual it should start as soon as i plug it in my computer (tried all usb ports). I'm using a diferent cable than my friend but still ...

With the SWs you can switch a layer on and off. With the User Knobs you can blend the layer in and out. Set the output level to 0 or 100 and the value right next to the control source selection to +100 or -100. Don't forget to enable the selected controller in the MIDI page and may be deselect it ...

Adding a layer with SW1/SW2 (combi)
First post. So, as the title suggest i'm curious as if i can add layers in combi mode with the SW controllers. Also, i'd rather have it set to Toggle rather than momentary, because all the other programs are just fine, just adding this one layer would make everything so easy. Thanks in advance for ...
