For the people with same issues: Replacing the tube actually did the job. All programs sound again and there is no degraded, or non-audio anymore.

Thanks @voip. Already got the capacitors. m50 is running again. 9 hours without an issue, hope it stays like that. Got that m50 on ebay for 120 EUR, was listed as defect unit.
