I fully agree with the remarks concerning the battery That said, the Akai MPC Live seems a lot more powerful than the E2 series .... And for the price of the E2 + E2s we have something far superior ... Korg should have made the whole on the same machine, from the beginning... They wanted we buy both ...

Yeah the colors lead me to believe it'll be tribe related. The first gen colors on the outside, then blue and red, now gold... yes, and the repartition as well! gray and blue on the left side (electribe synth) and the other side : red and black (electribe sampler) so...maybe the "golden electribe ...

Where did you find this? That'll be lame if they release a gold one but if it comes with an update and fixes I'm all for it. I couldn't find it on their website or Facebook. the info was relayed by several websites but we don't know yet what it will be ... maybe this is just me who extrapolates by ...

Hard not to be okay with this constatation ... the E2 is not bad, but the E2S is indefensible in 2016 ..

I do not know what Roland has in his pocket but I hope that Korg has something else planned for September than just two "repainted electribes" ....

I do not have the synth version either but I think they want to have the possibility to edit the "oscillator edit" parameter in step-by-step (step edit menu), just as it is possible to do with the Electribe Sampler and I must admit that it would be logical because the "oscillator edit" on the synth ...
