been having a similar issue where it randomly shifts through catagories at times, thinking if i might see if korg will fix it before warrenty is up

in program/combi mode there is a drumtrack page with those setting aswell as routing options to ifx where you could use compressors and stuff to beef it up. also the volumes are relative to the kit used so you can also go into the drumkit pages in global and up the volume of each hit to your taste

I have controlled a ms2000 with kross so I imagine the reverse is possible with just two midi cords n some setup

i was hoping someone could tell me how to set up the kross/kross editor so that i can trigger the kross's sounds from fl studio?

the drum kits are named according to the genre they best fit. you can also modify or make new kits yourself if you go to global mode.
also there oly like 25 drum kits i think .

M1 had like 16 note poly or so and tons of great stuff was made from that

you can always bounce tracks to recorder or something else to free up polyphony

im having a problem importing midi files ive made of songs of mine made in fl studio
the main problem is when ever i change the sound from a GM sound to a proper patch as sooon as i pause and hit play again it reverts back to the GM sound?
how can i stop this?

Yea i did, it works if i don't let it load the data from kross but if it tried to load from the kross it tells me i need the driver, i tried to install the driver and it seems like it installs yet i get the pop up telling me i need to install it, i think its the driver more then anything, somehow ...

i was wondering if anyone knew how to instal the midi to usb drive in linux ? i can get the editor to open but it crashes onces it scans the kross's global data i would guess it would be like this for all korg products that require the driver so if anyone knows anything it would help me very much ...

thanks for the response but yea im trying to get an isolated vocal take, thought there was a way to not record the sequencer yet have it go to my headphones n only get the vocal but its fine i guess i jus export the file n sing with it n hope it all lines up fine,
