After one month of no response from Korg PayPal refunded the Korg Legacy Collection update from my MEle software. There is no customer support to be found for authorization issues with the software.

I am running into the same issue but in my case after PayPal process the payment the Korg Usernet web site crashed with a script error and I never receive a E-mail from Korg. I tried sending a E-Mail to paypal@mykorg.com no response. Maybe the next step is to dispute the payment on PayPal.
