So... Itīs time again... This time Iīm proud to present ROSEV.pcg, an all-time favourite of
mine...
The RoseV.pcg has been underway since summer 2001. I have worked with it during periods where I was free from
other obligations. Itīs filled with 128 new sounds for Your Triton/Karma and concentrates on Ambient/Mediative
sounds. Inspiration for the sounds comes from Jean-Michel Jarre, Kitaro, Vangelis, Mike Oldfield and others in the
same genre. There is a lot of Dance and Techno sounds already available for Triton/Karma, so I thought I should do
something different, allthough the RoseV contains a few of those sounds too...
The most of the sounds in RoseV has been set up to utilize the various real-time options of Triton, like the assigned
knobs, ribbon, slider, SW1 and SW2 button as well as the joystick. Furthermore, I have tried to minimize the use of
effects for the sounds...
At first I wondered if I should sell these sounds, but then I realized that not everyone is into this kind of
music/sounds. Furthermore, the Korg Triton/Karma is not only a "professional-only" workstation/synthesizer, as
many Triton/Karma owners are basically playing the Triton on their spare time as a hobbie.
So here it is, for You to make whatever You want. I hope the sounds inspires You to get some new musical
experiences. If You feel that the sounds has helped You in Your line of music-making, and would like to give me some

I have been involved in many different projects regarding the Triton, such as:
RoseI-IV, RoseAcoustica, Moose, a dance oriented bank in collaboration with Thand, the fabolous gathering of
patches for LegacyI & II, helping out with Sharps excellent VL-project, making some effort in writing the Triton
News Letter for IrishActs, collaborating with Darren Richards in writing the Triton Field Manual Vol.1.
Furthermore, I continue to work on providing the Triton/Karma community a waste range of sounds for their
beloved machines. In this line of projects I continue my work and intend to do the following; Moose2, Triton Field
Manual Vol.1 and Prophecy Conversions Vol.1. More projects will certainly follow...
If You ever create a COMBI using the sounds from RoseI-V, RoseAcoustica and/or Moose, I would humbly
appreciate if You sent your COMBI to me... If You make a song using the sounds, I would be honoured if You pointed
out where I could listen to Your song, or if You sent Your song to me.

RoseV loads as a default into BankE of your Triton. Refer to Your manual how to load this bank in another slot.
I personally donīt take any responsibility for loss of data or insanity... Make sure You have a backup of any current
project in BankE (or whatever bank Youīre loading it into) - otherwise Your data will forever be lost...

The basic arpeggios used for this set is based on the Triton Le arpeggios, which has been included to this set. Load
the RVarp.pcg to allow the sounds to sound the way theyīre supposed to... I also made some arps of my own, just to
enhance the experience of the sounds... The arps made by me can be found in arpeggio bank C and D (ARP number
200 - 230). Enjoy!
