thighs without any diet pills

I'm still in school so I don't have much time on my hands. Because school and fitness is my priority and I want to slim down. How can I loose fat in my calves, thighs without any diet pills? I can't buy any exercise machine. Please I need things that are quick and easy. I also need a way so that once I lose the fat it won’t be just extra skin. Or does that skin just not stick around after the fat goes away?
