You wrote, "change chord channel 1 and 2." They both need to be set to OFF or a master keyboard will not work properly. Use the MIDI in channel settings in the GLOBAL --> MIDI settings to send those MIDI commands to the Global option described in the manual as follows:
Any channels with the Global option assigned (see “MIDI: MIDI
In Channels” on page 212) can simulate the Pa3X integrated keyboard.
When the Pa3X is connected to a master keyboard, transmission
should take place over the Global channel of the Pa3X.
As well as having an 88 key master keyboard to play on instead of a smaller PA3X keyboard, I have also used other 25 and 49-note keyboards to play, for example, UPPER 3 and use that voice slot to trigger a solo instrument. It must be un-muted and to avoid the upper half of the PA3X keyboard playing that UPPER 3 sound, I restrict the key range setting upper and lower parameter all to one top-most note. The other keyboard I set to a free MIDI IN channel directed to UPPER 3 play instead of GLOBAL. Works great! Hope this contributes toward your solution of a problem.

Which MIDI channel are you using to go from the Fatar to the PA3X?
What is MIDI in set to for that channel?
What MIDI in filters are applied to that channel?

These glitches are very frustrating. I have a similar situation with my Kurzweil PC88. I'm keeping up the awareness so that hopefully you will get the right eyes on it!

i see the problem...... the strange sound come from Piano Fx Key Off L and R, from ROM sound 13,12
why the fatar keyboard play the piano fx key off, and the pa3x keyboard dont play it?

I don't know much about this but could it be that the Pa3x is measuring key off velocity correctly while the Fatar is doing maximum velocity for every note. I seem to remember reading somewhere that the midi standard does not include key off velocities.
You could fix this problem by using only sounds that don't use key off velocities.

Yes, i need to down the level of key off piano fx to zero in each osc, thanks
