Korg modules that have ALL of the 05R/W sounds?

I used to own a Korg 05R/W back in the late 90's, but had to sell it due to needing the money. Now I want to repurchase it, but trying to get the best bang for my buck.
As I understand, the X5DR has ALL of the sounds of the 05R/W, with an additional bank and twice the polyphony. Is this indeed the case? I am after a particular combi who's name I don't recall, and would be quite heartbroken if it wasn't there
Also, I thought I remember reading somewhere that one or more members of the N-series have the patches that the X5/O5R/W had? (I'm looking for a module, not a kb model.)
