combi editing on korg oasys

HI everyone. Im new to korg operating systems and just picked up an oasys.. quick question that i have. im trying to edit a new combi so i selected the sound i want to for timbre 1 and then the next sound and only the first timber is being played. Am i missing something small like a midi channel or something like that. I had a quick look at the manual and it seems straight forward enough but maybe someone on here can steer me in the right direction

Yup midi channel most likely. Make sure all timbres you want to play are on the Oasys' global midi channel (usually 1). Look in the Timbre Parameter page.
