'Falling Down', first demo with Kronos

Hi folks!
I want to share my first demo, composed and produces entirely with our beloved Kronos.
I used some presets (spot them if you can

) but the majority of the sounds you hear are programmed by me.
The vocals are barely terrible, but the one who is supposed to be my singer was not ravaible, so I sang myself with awful recording gear. Try not to be too harsh judging it

Let me know what do you think about it.

120 visualizations and no comment?
Come on, your opinion is extremely important to me.

I like the musical ideas, but some of the notes are dissonant. Some of the changes between the different musical parts are a little abrupt and could blend better. Also, your singing needs to be a little more focused, on key and stronger. You wander a little too much off key.
This is a diamond in the rough, keep polishing.

Thank you for your comment!
It's only my first attempt to do a similar thing, so of course I will continue working on that! thanks for advice

i agree with synthguy completely. There are some very interesting parts in this but it still has a lot of work to finish it. Also keep an eye on the pitch of your voice with singing along the melody lines, it's better to keep them in tunes.
if you are using a DAW than it's easy to solve by using a tuning function on the vocal. The first part i think the piano sound is a little bit to dry and the bass to loud for the mix. The solo half way is to dissonant to keep the attention.
But the good part is, these are all minor things which can easely be corrected when you use a daw or in the sequencer
so my tips are:
- when playing melodies use the scales of the chord without breaking too much rules (hehehe, although sometimes this is fun to do!)
- watch the levels of the mix
- sing in tune with the melody
- use some light effects like reverb to smooth the track more to a complete product.
but as synthguy said, it's a rough diamond so keep working on it

Thank you QuiRobinez!
I really appreciate your critics
I think I'll let some time pass (doing the other demos of the concept album I have in mind) and then I'll definitely going to polish and correct the thing you guys have made me notice.
Really thanks for the inputs

Just to agree with what has already been said. Keep things
simple and flowing and don't force things. The message of your music will still be heard.
Theres bags of potential there, so keep going.
