OASYS malfunctioning

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to know if anyone had a similar problem with OASYS.

Today I turned it on, and after awhile, it rebooted (all by itself) and afterwards, controllers on it aren't working. Sliders, knobs, keyboard, touchscreen, I can't control anything by using them. It boots the OS as it should, touchscreen is working, I can see everything on it, but it's like some cable is disconnected and no controllers are receiving power. Any advices?

BR,
Vedran.

Do the knobs and sliders light up? That will show if they're getting power.

Seems like a motherboard failure. When I connect the USB keyboard to it, it doesn't work (that used to work, and you could go in mobo's BIOS with it). Or is there something else that could be wrong? Damn. I have two gigs coming up rather soon :-(

Does anyone have a spare Aopen MX4GVR motherboard, just in case?

Yep, I know but.. the only thing that lights up is LCD and vector joystick.

So, with a little help from my friends, I managed to get my OASYS back into fully functional mode. Had to replace the aOpen motherboard which I was lucky enough to find on eBay. Actually, I bought two of them just to have a spare :)

Stephen Kay and gorkymate saved my ass so - thanks again, guys :-)
