Loading Programs Into Sequence

Hi all. I was curious if anyone knew how to load programs into sequence mode exactly how they were under programs. I know I can go into SEQ and load the program I want, however the gate, velocity, etc all contract different things. For example, on the "B. Real Rap Kit" under "programs", the gate will control the attack time, the length knob will control the delay, etc. But under SEQ, the gate knob controls the gate, length controls the length, etc. Any way I can import this into SEQ with the same knob functions as it has under programs? Thanks!
