I'm a new user that is playing the Oasys in a small church.
Our drummer has donated the O to the church that he bought approx 5 years ago. He had not registered it nor had he installed any new releases from Korg.

I've attempted to register the O, but I need the Public ID Number.
Can someone assist me by telling me how to locate it?

Global button > Plug-in info tab > Public ID is at the top.

I tried the method you suggested, but this keyboard is still operating on the original OS. It doesn't have the options within the Global settings ...at this time. I contacted Korg USA and they emailed the download for 1.3.1. I suspect after I install the 1.3.1 my Global settings will reflect the same as what you suggested.
