Easy steps to CD....

I've spent the last few years just enjoying playing my Oasys, that sound blows me away every time! Lately I have been recording the odd song on the Sequencer, as I play. What are the easiest and fewest steps that I need to take, to place them as finished songs, onto a CD in the CD player?

Any tips and help would be much appreciated
