Any nice music background

Post by owex »

Hi guys! I'm X50 user and I want to improve my solo skills, but playing just alone is a bit boring. Don't you know any hard, metal music background? It should be hard and rather simple. I want it go on in the background while my playing.
The best will it be if you know any computer app capable of making beat (you know, choosing style, bit rate etc.).
Anyway, any song with kicking-ass instrumental part will be good as well ;)

Thanks in advance!

If this is more dramatic then probably theses songs would help:
Cold Play - How You See The World
Telepopmusik - Don't Look Back
Badly Drawn Boy - Silent Sigh

If it's more up beat:

The Police - Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic
Joss Stone - Understand
Frou Frou - Breathe in

Good background for both types:
Art Of Noise - Moments In Love

Credits Music:
(Dramatic) Kenna - Yeneh Ababa
(Up-Beat) Hellogoodbye - All Of Your Love

Good Luck.

If you have a computer, I would suggest investing in Sony Acid Loop Software [they have 2 versions, studio & pro]. Then you could search their extensive library for the genre of music you prefer and create looped version songs and play to your hearts content. But be careful, you might have more fun creating the loops than actually playing.
Also if go to "Acid Planet" website, and look under "Free Downloads" click on 8 packs. Every week they offer free loop kits [8-tracks] and also offer a free acid software [Acid Express] you can also try!
