Audio through USB?
I recently found out that audio can be transmitted through the USB cable of at least some keyboards. I've looked at the Audio Setup MIDI pannel on my Mac running OS 10.8.2. I see the microStation, but I don't see anything about audio output through the USB connection. I want to just play it through the computer & speakers without starting up Cubase or an interface. The MIDI works fine and so does the microStation editor. Does the mS do audio through USB at all or not?
it must be an audio interface keyboard. but the 'audio' does not go thru the usb. only digital information...
usb is for information... just like MIDI.
audio is audio... not any other combination.
if you want to hear your m.s. thru your computer speakers, then the speakers must be plugged into your m.s. not your computer!
