MOSS Board Help! I cannot hear the sounds in the combi mode

Hi, On some sounds in the combi mode, I want to use the Moss sounds. I've noticed that these sounds come up as 'empty space' such as no sound. Is there a box that I need to check on? If so, where is that box? Please help & thanks in advance, Bill.
