Hi All,
I would ask if it is normal for me on my OASYS is not able to
keep the default setting on the control surface
modoTIMBRE / TRACK.
whenever exchange program chr / Combi is placed on R, TIME KNOBS / KARMA
. This is normal?

This setting is saved with each individual Combi, Sequence, and Program. There's no global setting for this that I'm aware of.

So If you want the knobs/sliders mode to stay on Timbre/Track, press the corresponding button and save the Combi or Program your working on....
