I have a problem that iam not fammilliar with.
Is there any way to make tremolo/strum effect without using arpeggiator?
maybe using Delay or something?

Problem is that if i make it using arpeggiator it will be out of synck if our live tempo is more than the original song (you have to use right tempo settings to make it work like in original song right?)

I give you two example videos what i mean:

You could use an LFO or delay but that would only be as reliable as the arpeggiator because they all need to be set to a certain rate/tempo/division.

I think you can set the arpeggiator to retrigger when you hit the key such that you could keep it in sync by constantly retriggering it.

Then you could also try the tap tempo function.

Some things that I've done because we don't sequence

I would definitely use the arpeggiator, if it were me, especially on the Muse one. Every time you hit a new key, it retriggers. As fast as that's moving, nobody would ever notice if it were off by fractions of bpm's.

Which brings up another point, be sure to set the bpm to the proper speed when you make your combi and the arpeggiator will follow suit! I set the correct tempo and either give the drummer a quick click or a vocal count so that we're close. Nobody ever knows the difference as long as it's close. If you want it perfect, other than sequencing and having your drummer wear headphones, getting a metronome have it set for the appropriate bpm's so he can having it as a reference on stage works well too.

These are just some suggestions that have worked for us.
