Using the Oasys as a personal on-stage monitor?

I was thinking...
If I input an external audio signal, say for instance, one coming from a mixer AUX (drums and bass only, for ex.), could I ear it in my headphones (directly from the Oasys) without the external audio signal itself being outputed through the Oasys's L/R outputs, of course, only the Oasys itself?
The idea is to use the Oasys as my personal on-stage personal monitor.
Does this makes any sense?

Actually, since the headphones outputs mirror the L/R main outs, that's exactly why it won't work as described. You don't want the FOH mix going back to the FOH, and it would if you want to hear it (since in order to hear it it needs to be on the L/R BUS).

Also, Sina, running anything at all through an extra pair of ADCs and DACs will only degrade the sound somewhat, no matter how good the converters are. It can't possibly "open up" the sound in any way. If you really wanted, you could make an argument for improved sound quality if you used the Triton's digital out and then only the Oasys DACs.

Well, than, I do I do it? :P I've been experimenting with the "Audio/Input Sampling" page but I can't figure it out... the inputed audio signal allways comes out through the L/R outputs. I need to ear it through the headphones output but not through the L/R output...

It would be better that all timbres of a combi could be send to none, one or more of the buses (where busses are Left, Right, all aux buses and headphones left or right). It's only software I think (don't know 100% sure for the headphones tough).
