COMPLETE:
The Aldan Librarian (http://www.aldanmusetools.com/) fully supports all types of data which can be saved to PCG file from Korg OASYS and allows to perform the following with content of PCG file:
• Open simultaneously up to 10 PCG files of any model and immediately switch between files
• Sort Programs and Combinations by Index, by Name, by Category, by Subcategory, by Bank type(HD-1, Exi)
• View Programs(timbres) are used in a Combination
• View how Program reffered by Combinations
• Rename for any type of items : Programs, Combinations, Drum Kits, Wave Sequences , Categories and Subcategories
• Reassign Categories and Subcategories for programs and combinations
• Initialize (make free slots) for any type of items
• Assign preferable Categories and Subcategories for InitPrograms and InitCombinations
• Move any type of items Up and Down in the list and from bank to bank
• Transfer any type of items from file to file
• Transfer(copy) Category/Subcategory settings from file to file
• Add new Banks for Programs and Combinations (both HD-1 and EXB/Exi types are supports)
• AUDITION of Programs and Combinations by sending sound dumps from the librarian to a synthesizer via midi-USB

IMPORTANT:
• the Aldan Librarian provides permanent consistency control between Combinations and Programs, so you won’t destroy your Combinations when changing locations of your Programs.
• There were several OS updates in history of OASYS. The Aldan Librarian supports modern version of OASYS OS only and provides “dump size control” for Programs, Combinations and DrumKits, in order not to allow mixing in one pcg file modern items with those that were created earlier using prior OS versions.

LIMITATION:
It is not possible to implement the master file feature for Korg OASYS (in the same manner as it was done in the librarian for M50/M3) due to Korg have not yet disclose technical information on internal structure of program and combination dumps in OASYS.
In order to mitigate this limitation and provide you with spare storage space for your sounds there is a huge Empty pcg file included in the software setup.

FURTHER IMPROVEMENTS:
There could be done many improvements (like Drag-n-Drop, Copy-Paste, Quick Search, Filtering by banks, printing, Master file, and etc. ) and I will be happy to invest my time and expertise in further development if you invest in the project.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS TO MY TESTERS:
Special thanks to Cello who has provided me with OASYS pcg data and performed several exercises during development of the Aldan Librarian for OASYS.

Bad news: Aldan Librarian project officially discontinued.

Good news: Please find FREE Aldan Librarian and related documentation at : http://korgpatches.com/patches/m50/
Free registration key is universal so it works for M50, M3, OASYS and for Kronos (before OS 1.0.5)

Enjoy!

Sorry to hear that you had to discontinue your Aldan Librarian. But thank you very much for making it available for free now. It must have taken up a lot of your time so your generosity is greatly appreciated.

All the best

Yatrix, I'm really sorry that you stop your great project.

I always made sure our apps were reasonably different in functionality and could be used together.

Thank you for making the app free now.
