Chord sampling technique?
I was looking at one of Korgs R3 videos and i noticed the guy play a chord and then somehow assign that chord to one note in unison. How again do you do that? I couldn't find it in the manual but then again I'm probably not using proper terms for this.
AFAIK it's not possible.
Older synths called it 'Chord Memory'.
Can you point us to the video?

Kaossilator pro or Kaoss pad 3 can do stuff like that. I run my R3 through the KP3 on gigs and I often sample one-shots of chords (or even single notes) from the R3 and then use the pads to play them back.
