How to move pad into style ?

HI guys,

Can anyone help me how to move samples from pad to a style.I went to the user sound found the location of sample.I understand it was time sliced before then got imported into pad or style....but when you turn it off you are no longer able to import the sliced samples how do you work your way around this ?
